These Terms govern your use of the High Vibe Energy: 90-Day Co-Creation Journal — including the digital fillable journal, the print-ready PDF, and the Founder's Bundle (collectively, the "Products") — operated by Royal Publications · Desiree McDowell ("we", "us").

1. Accounts

You must create an account to access the digital journal and to receive delivery of the PDF after purchase. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

2. Purchases & Pricing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and receipts on our behalf. Prices are listed in USD and shown at checkout. Access is granted as a one-time lifetime entitlement, not a subscription.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. See our full Refund Policy. When a refund or chargeback is approved, your access to the affected Product is revoked automatically.

4. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF or your digital account access with others.
