Royal Publications · Desiree McDowell ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address and display name you provide at sign-up.
- Journal entries: the content you write in the fillable journal, weekly reviews, and transition reflections. This is private to you and stored under row-level security.
- Purchase data: Paddle transaction id, product purchased, amount, and environment (test vs live).
How we use it
- To grant access to products you have purchased.
- To deliver the PDF via a short-lived, signed download link.
- To send you receipts and order-related email (handled by Paddle).
- To notify the owner of new sales, refunds, and chargebacks.
Sub-processors
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, tax, and receipts.
- Resend — transactional email for owner sale alerts.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. We will respond within 30 days.
